Nikolay Mehandzhiyski has over 10 years’ experience in capital markets and investment products legal advisory. He has consulted a number of deals on initial and secondary public offering, credit transactions, investment deals and projects. He has held various positions in leasing companies, banks and management companies. He holds a Master’s degree in Law from the St. Kliment Ohridski University of Sofia as well as a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of National and World Economy.

He speaks English.
