Dimitar Zhilev is Vice-Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors since 2012. He has over ten years’ experience in different segments of financial services: Capital Markets, Banks, Insurance, Health Insurance, Pension Insurance, etc.

He is strictly profiled in investment, company structuring and management, business negotiation, securitization of debt and debt financing. His main competencies are related to the activities of public companies, IPOs, mutual and pension funds, financial analysis, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions. Zhilev has experience as a Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Web Finance Holding. Previously, he has 4 years of professional experience at the Financial Supervision Commission of the Republic of Bulgaria. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of National and World Economy.

He speaks English.
